Cozy 4 bedroom townhouse on the beach
House built on land glued to the beach, near Mormaii Café, in front of the Condominium Village of the Galleon, a mini-condo 5 houses with only private street access the funds, without roads or access ahead. The land falls directly on the beach. All lawn with kiosk in front to admire the beach and whales in the fall. It has accommodation for 10 people. On the side of the house has shower to get the salt from the body. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave.
