We really enjoyed our stay. Every where on the island was within a minute or 2. Very glad to have a designated parking spot. Liked the separate bedroom, and both rooms had nice amount of space; front deck was a nice outdoor space. The new kitchen was great and the shower stall definitely high grade. The owner was immediately responsive if we had a question. We wish we had know ahead that drinking water should be brought with us. The sleeper couch could have been firmer. The toilet/sink closet needs more towel racks close to the sink and a small area to put toiletries while dressing.

Perfect place for a short stay

We were only in Ocracoke for 3 nights and this place was perfect. It was a great location and we had several friends in the area who hosted us for larger dinners. The place is small if you’re spending much time there but for our use - sleep, breakfast and showers after the beach - it was great.

Loved it here!

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for four nights and absolutely loved it. It was very clean, spacious and close to restaurants and shops. It’s tucked away from the main road which is nice that it didn’t feel crowded. Recommending this place to fam and friends!

This is a great place for a long weekend stay. The hosts were very gracious. The location is very convenient to the Variety Store and 1718. The whole house water filtration system is impressive and probably some of the cleanest water you will get anywhere. Would definitely come back.
