Beautiful property Our family enjoyed everything about our stay. Nice & quiet and relaxing which is what we were looking for.

The home was beautiful better than the pictures but the WiFi and none of the 8 TVs worked.

The property was beautiful, great location but they should have a book of instructions for the house. The home when we arrived had no WiFi and the 8 TVs had no service. Royal Shell tried their best to get us service but Comcast ended up coming the day before we left. They set up Roku but we were not able to watch football playoffs or live tv mostly just movies. Royal Shell did comp us with some items for the inconvenience. The island is great. By the time we figured all the workings of the house it was the end of our vacation (instruction manual would be helpful) Some of the lights were out especially in front of house at night the steps should be lit better. The weather was cooler than usual not beach weather but that is out of everybody’s control. The elevator got stuck with our grandson in it and that scared him because the lights went out as well but my son figured out how to get him out but needless to say we did not use the elevator after that, again instructions would of been.nice. I have no complaints with Royal Shell they did try.

Amazing vacation

We went for a week, and there were 8 adults and 2 small children, and we cannot say enough good things about the house. The pictures do not do the house justice, it was so clean, and comfortable we hated to leave it but we will definitely be staying again next year, and we now have other people who are interested in joining. Captiva is a beautiful relaxing spot for a family vacation, it also has great restaurants and outdoor spots to go for drinks. Also, being next to the Mucky Ducky we got to enjoy the music. I highly recommend this house and Island...
