Loved our time here as always. We have stayed at a few places on Andy Rosse, and this did not disappoint. Everything was easily accessible. We were in the middle of everything, but it was very quiet. Nice relaxing vacation at a great property.

Great house!
We have stayed here twice and plan to book again! The home is beautiful and comfortably accomodates our family of 8. Location can't be beat - close to beach, restaurants and shopping. We have teenagers; love that they can walk to the beach or get a bite to eat, all just steps away. The pool is fully enclosed; one of the few in the area. No annoying bugs! The lower level bar area is perfect for entertaining and fun family times. Two gas grills worked perfectly. Each room has large walk-in closets and the elevator is great for moving luggage. Looking forward to many more fun times here!!!
This was our second time renting at the Copa. Sometimes, the sequel doesn’t measure up, but that was not the case with Copa Captiva. We have rented many houses in the Village over the last 30 years, and Copa Captiva is by far our favorite. Great location on Andy Rosse , a backyard resort with pool, hot tub, lanai and lush landscaping. We will be back!

The perfect vacation destination (please remove the moth balls)
Location, amenities, decoration; all perfect. The property however, is surrounded by moth balls, apparently some kind of pest control. It's overwhelming.

Great location great home
This review is to help others to determine if this home is right for them and to talk about the negative review I saw after renting this home that made me nervous.
1. Mothballs. You do smell them on arrival. Opened house after a couple hours all gone never gave it another thought.
2. Cobwebs. They are there would have never noticed them if I did not see this review, never paid much attention to them
3. Furniture. All up to date, high end very comfy
4. Bedrooms. The pull out couch and the two twins in the basement are a little cumbersome. All in all very good. If you are looking for true dedicated 5 bedroom house this place would be a little cumbersome for you. Not any trouble four us
Overall very clean house perfect location no complaints what so ever. The rental agency royal shell was great

Newly updated?
Rented this property for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years. We have rented on Captiva for 12 years. This is our least favorite home! Upon arrival we walked into an overpowering smell of mothballs. The screened in pool area was thick with cobweds. Unusable until we contacted property manager to rectify situation.
Kitchen less than adequate! Dorm size microwave, not a sharp knife to be found, cutting board great if your cutting limes. This home really sleeps 6 comfortably. The other 4 spots for sleeping are a pullout couch, and 2 twins in the basement. This beach property provides 4 rickety chairs for 10 guests. We bought our own chairs.
Air conditioning broke towards end of stay, never fixed. The grill is a cheap grill that is near impossible to control temperature.
This house needs serious updating to be charging the rate it is. Keep looking!
