This 2-story home features a spacious upper level with full glass sliders giving all rooms a direct Gulf front view. Featuring an open floor plan with abundant glass, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and various lighting choices, you'll enjoy the ease of being on vacation. The well-appointed kitchen offers abundant cabinetry and a pantry.

Enjoy magnificent Captiva sunsets from the third-story rooftop viewing area, the decks spanning the entire upper level, or at the beach. The semi-enclosed lower-level lanai includes a gas grill, ping pong table, fire table, outdoor seating, and a full bath with a shower. The heated pool/spa is steps away and features a privacy wall and loungers, a patio table, and a variety of seating.

Great place. We have stayed before. Love it

We stayed in this same property like 10 years ago. The property was renovated now and it looks like New. Great stay, Beautiful beach, it looks like a private beach, no other people around. Will definitely stay again.

Very Private

The entrance is amazing and very little noise from any neighbors. The house is a little unique in that the master bedroom does not have an en-suite bath but it has a private bath that you have to go into the hall to use. The downstairs bedrooms are great but to access one of the rooms you have to go through the other bedroom and also go through one to access the downstairs kitchen. Overall, a great place!

this is a wonderful house

we have spent 10 "spring vacations" in this house and we love it. many pool and beach toys for all ages. 6 adults and 10 children fit very comfortably. the owners are great
