Welcome to the Beaver Creek Basecamp! Be our guest and enjoy our central location in the heart of Avon. You’ll be walking distance to wonderful amenities including restaurants, boutiques, free-shuttle service, Nottingham Park and the RiverFront Express Gondola across the street. Year-round activities skiing, hiking, fishing & biking right are accessible right outside your door.

Your party of 7 will fit comfortably in this large 2 bedroom condo and stunning views from the great room & balcony. After a day playing outdoors, this condo will pamper you with comfortable furnishings and offer entertainment for your whole party. You can light the fireplace and put on a movie on the brand-new QLED 65” TV. Or, choose a board game or puzzle and set the TV to play music. There’s also a commercial arcade game table such as Galaga, Pac-Man, NBA Jams… you’ll have a choice of 3500 games! If cooking is in you plans, the kitchen is fully equip for your culinary treats, or just walk outside and enjoy dinner out at Ticino or Vin48. (Avon license #018484)

Great ski condo

We had a great time—the condo was perfect and exactly as described. Most importantly, the location is fantastic and it is a very short walk to the gondola to Beaver Creek.

Great stay and great location

This was a great condo to stay in while we went skiing in Beaver and Vail. The walking distance to the Riverfront Gondola made it easy to get to the slopes of Beaver Creek. There is also a couple of restaurants within walking distance, including Bob's Place which is a great sports bar!

Fantastic Place

The place was fantastic. Great location. They did a great job with small things like a few coffee pods which was nice as our stay was short. The place was very clean and comfortable and the pillows were awesome. Owner was very responsive and we had no problems. Would recommend and would stay again.

Ideal location

The place was ideal! Great kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal as well as a wonderful deck to enjoy it on. Video game machine with thousands of games to play while you are relaxing in the condo. The location is perfect within walking distance to several restaurants as well as the Westin Hotel. Will def be staying here again!!

This was a great condo. Exactly as advertised. The owner was very welcoming and communicated quickly. Location to the gondola was easily walkable. The video game console was the cherry on top. Very fun.

Great place for ski trip

An updated property with a 5 minute walk to the riverfront gondola. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. It was a quiet location & within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Parking garage has a 7’ height limit but was easy to get a free pass to park our SUV with topper out front. Communication with the owners was very easy.

Perfect!

Perfect in every way! Great location to everything… great restaurants and shops are all in walking distance… the gondola was only a 5 minute walk and the accommodations were fantastic… updated throughout with a well stocked kitchen… along with great communication with the owners. Will definitely be back! Oh, and the video game system was great and provided hours of entertainment… We had an amazing time!
