FAMILIES WELCOME!
Enjoy your vacation in our lovely 1st floor, 3 bedroom condo. Ceramic tile in kitchen, dining area and bathrooms. Carpet in all bedrooms.

The beach is just a short walk away. You do not have to cross Coastal Highway!

We keep our Condo very clean for you to enjoy. We have our own Cleaning Lady that cleans well and pays attention to detail.
We have the carpets professionally cleaned during the season.
A/C in each room.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, with full size dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Living room has flat screen TV.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom: Sleep comfortably on a queen size bed
Master bathroom has a large shower with 2 shower heads and glass sliding doors.
Second bedroom has 2 twin size bunk beds. Very kid friendly with a TV/VCR.
Third Bedroom has a queen size bed.
A second full size bathroom is in between the two bedrooms with a tub/shower
Full size washer & dryer in the hallway.
Enjoy your cup of coffee on our spacious balcony.
2 reserved parking spaces are behind the building.
Additional street parking.

We are a family of 6. We live just outside of Baltimore Maryland.

Why they chose this property

We always wanted a place near Fenwick Island away from all the Highrises and the Boardwalk. The location of the unit was perfect, Ocean Block , so close to the beach.
The first level makes it so easy, especially when you have little kids.
We love the spacious balcony where you can sit and relax and it has enough room for the kids to play.
The Condo has good size bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen/dining/ living area is just so cozy and comfortable. WE Love it.
