The host was great and very prompt with communication. The gym and the pool were amazing, although the smell in the building and in the industrial area where the property sits was horrible.The downtown area was about a a 20 minute walk or so and no other shops nearby except Ikea and a brewery, which has amazing food by the way!

Fantastic Stay

We stayed for a month at this apartment, it was lovely, great location. The pool was spa like we really got use out of it! The manager was highly responsive and made sure that we felt like we were at home. We look forward to staying again.

Apt 408 review

The property was as clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive when messaged. Her directions were perfect for getting from the airport to the property. We did not have a rental car, but used Uber. We enjoyed the brewery that was just a 2 minute walk away. Very close to the Tampa Bay cruise terminal. Our entire party agreed we would stay here again.

Location

Unit was very nice & host was very accessible to answer our questions. We hadn't researched the Tampa area in depth before booking. The location wasn't quite what we expected. This is no fault of the hosts; we should have done more research prior to booking. We would have preferred to have been within walking distance of everything Tampa has to offer. However, the unit was very nice & the host was very accommodating.
