SNOWBIRD SPECIAL! Gulf Highlands Sleeps 6 GOLF CART INCLUDED

Your going to love our townhouse directly across from the beach located at 165 W Leslie Lane in the heart of Panama City Beach. Gulf Highlands Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security that offers many amenities including 11 pools (5 heated), six tennis courts (2 are lighted), an 18 hole miniature putt putt course, shuffleboard, and exercise room. The clubhouse is located on the beach and offers a pool, deck, lounge chairs and snack bar.

Upstairs both bedrooms have a full size bathroom and ceiling fans and are furnished with fresh linens, pillows, and covers. Brand new hardwood floors. The master has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. The guest room has a queen size bed and a tv. Laundry room is also upstairs with washer/dryer.

Downstairs the living room has one sleeper sofas, free wi fi connection for internet, half bath, dining room table that seats 4 and 3 bar stools. The kitchen has a brand new gas oven and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans.

There is a screened in back porch area with chairs and outside porch area for grilling. 2 parking spots right in front of the unit. We also have a golf cart so that you can drive to the island pool or to the gate at front beach to walk across the street.

Gulf Highlands Resort is one of the one of the most family oriented resorts in Panama City Beach area. Walmart and Publix are both just a short drive from the complex. Pier Park is about 4 miles and offers lots of shopping and great restaurants including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, The Bach Porch, Five Guys, and Tootsie's.

Other attractions include: Chartered deep sea fishing excursions, jet ski tours, kyaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, golfing, dolphin tours, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World, airboat adventures, dinner cruises, Zoo World, parasailing, bungee jumping, go carts, helicopter rides, Sea Dragon pirate cruise for kids, Shell Island boat rentals and the brand new Wonderworks!

Budget friendly

Not a bad little condo for the price. Could use a little handyman type work and the cleanliness wasn’t the best BUT the golf cart made all the difference in the world. It was perfect to get to and from the beach. Condo had a great location for what we were there for (baseball) and easy access to great food and entertainment.

renter did not think that the floors were cleaned good so I sent the cleaning lady back over the next day to mop the floors again. Had to send the plumber out because the ceiling was leaking after renter took shower. Plumbers result was that who ever was taking a shower did not have liner inside and water got all over the bathroom floor which caused it to leak through the ceiling.

Family of 5 for Softball Tournament

Our family of 5 rented the condo during the summer for a softball tournament. The location was perfect between the two locations of fields with great access to the beach. The pools were nice and the golf cart was an added bonus. Parking was right in front of the co do which was super convenient for packing and unpacking. We will for sure rent again if we return to the area.

Great location!

This was a last minute trip for us and for it being the busiest week of the summer (4th of July) we had a hard time finding anything affordable. I was hesitant to rent this home because we usually stay directly on the beach but i willing to take the chance considering this rental includes a golf cart. I honestly think this was better than being on the beach because there were no elevators we had to wait on, the golf cart ride was actually fun and you could drive right up the crosswalk to beach access. Could use a little updating but was clean and nice enough. Overall this was a great stay!

This unit was just updated last month. New paint all over the entire place, new tv’s, new bed comforters and linens and pictures on the walls. The only thing not updated was the furniture which is still in great condition. Thank you for renting. Would love to have you back. Great guests!

Wonderful Location

we recently stayed with our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool was right at the end of our unit and is just a short walk to the main gate to cross the street to the beach if you didn't want to drive the included golf cart. Central location near walmart and publix and just a short drive to pier park. Definitely would rent again when we decide to visit panama city in the future. Also Shea, the owner was very prompt on returning ny messages or answering calls if we needed her.

Wonderful unit with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay very much. Gulf Highlands is a wonderful place to stay. It is close to the beach, discount stores, pharmacy, clinic, and many eateries. It is within an area that is very secure and all the people are very friendly. The Social Committee offers a wide assortment of activities from which to choose. The unit we were in was very neat and clean. The two bedrooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was wonderful that each had its own bath. The unit had a glassback or patio doors that was nice on the ground floor. It also had a screened in porch that was very convenient when returning from the heated swimming pool that was very close. The owners were lovely people and always returned phone calls. We are planning to return again this year for another 5 months winter stay.

Great place to stay

Well appointed place with fantastic amenities. Golf Cart, Close to the front of the compound, the condo was recently upated (new tile, new carpet, new paint, new appliances, new tv's). The photos do reflect the actual place. Next time I'm in Panama City Beach I will definitly try to stay there again.
