Would not recommend - Roaches
Property upon arrival was clean, spacious and had an above ground Pool only. We purchased pool game and floaty and left there for others to enjoy.
Communication was excellent with owner. Neighborhood nice, quiet and safe. Good location for anything you’d want to do.
The criticism of place have to do with Master king bed was incredibly uncomfortable and mattress was super thin. Air conditioning was always a challenge even after notifying host. Had to keep a constant eye on it even in the middle of the night as it kept shutting off and getting too warm. Finally and most importantly, there were spiders and water bugs in the house and on the last evening I went into kitchen for a drink and when I turned on the light there were roaches running on the kitchen counters. I am not afraid to being my luggage or clothes into my home as roaches spread.
I had written in their book the night before that we enjoyed our stay (in spite of the uncomfortable bed and air conditioning issues) about our stay so I want to clarify that had I not saw the roaches I would have given this a good review. Roaches are not something that should be acceptable at a VRBO. Please exterminate immediately for other guests.
