The house has a beautiful view and is very clean. The communication with the property manager was fantastic.
However, there are only 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The description on VRBO said 3+ bathrooms.
Seriously
This is my third time to stay at this home.
I’m picky; when I saw this was available, it was a certainty!
My fourth time will be during spring; the natural outdoor vegetation has got to be tremendous!
Btw: there are nice places to eat in a stones throw!
The house was great and laid out well. The living area was on the main floor with bedrooms being upstairs and downstairs. This allowed everyone time to be together and privacy when needed. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is convenient to Biltmore and other Asheville attractions. The manager responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns. We had a great time celebrating our son’s college graduation!
My friends and I visited the area for a bachelorette weekend. We wanted somewhere close to Asheville, but still secluded enough that we could have the true mountain feel- and this place far exceeded that! There were lots of available amenities and the place was spotless.
The one thing I wish we had been better prepared for was the slope of the driveway. Thankfully, we had a small enough crowd that parking wasn't an issue, but knowing ahead of time that it was fairly steep would have been nice to know (particularly because many of us showed up after the sun had set/while it was raining).
Otherwise, I had no issues with this listing or the home. It was a beautiful home with gorgeous views and I would absolutely stay here again.
Communication with the host was fantastic and he was always very helpful and informative. Check-in and check-out were seamless and extremely easy. The road up to the house was about 6 minutes of backroad, small roads up a mountain that was quite taunting at first but got pretty easy after one or two trips up and down. House was very spacious and much nicer than shown in the pictures provided. Everything about it was beautiful and comforting. There was plenty of parking. The only issue with the entire trip was the gravel to get to the “top” parking area was too wet and prevented me from getting up it one time out of the ten times. Once again this is a massive nitpick and really only added a 30 second walk to the door, nothing bad at all. Overall, easily the best house and host I’ve been to and definitely recommend!!
My girlfriends and I had the most wonderful stay. Having a cup of coffee with the view of the mountains and forest were breathtaking. We had a choice of two balconies and a swing by a pond.
I loved the next temperature controller as all three levels had the perfect temp. Beds were comfortable.
The house was spotless.
Communication with the owner was great. He was so responsive anytime we needed him.
Location is great. It’s in the mountains yet ten min to a big supermarket and restaurant.
It felt safe. I would even stay there on my own.
Loved sitting in the lounge with the sound of crackling fire.
It was so quiet and peaceful.
I am already planning and dreaming to go back. This was my first time with VRBO and it was a great experience.
