Overall, these are the areas that need improvement in order to make the stay more enjoyable. Firstly, better communication between the host and guest is needed before arrival. Important information such as key location, wifi password, and parking spots should be provided.
Secondly, although the kitchen had good amenities, the stove was not functional and there were no paper towels available.
Thirdly, the cleanliness of the property needs attention. Fecal matter was found under the toilet seat and around the bowl, the shower floor and doors were dirty, and a used razor was left in the shower. Additionally, there was no mirror in the bathroom.
Lastly, the bedrooms lacked dressers to place suitcases and store clothes during the stay. The bed sheets felt of low quality, and the back bedroom sheets were not even installed on the bed. The lack of mirrors throughout the place made it difficult to get ready.
While the property currently falls short some areas and Addressing these improvement points would greatly enhance the overall experience of staying at this property, it may still be suitable for those who only require a place to sleep and have no additional expectations. However, for guests seeking a more comprehensive and enjoyable experience, it may not meet their needs.
