This is an immaculately clean and cozy space with an open concept kitchen and living space, golden hardwood flooring and stunning granite kitchen countertops. Set in a private Forest and Creek setting, huge private deck with outdoor living space spilling out from beautiful master bedroom. This ground level suite is fully equipped with dishes, cooking supplies and washer/dryer. Nothing is shared. Private entrance. Super conveniently located for all of Vancouver,s best destinations including Stanley park (15 minutes), Downtown (15 minutes), Aquarium (15 Minutes), Capilano Suspension Bridge (10 minutes ),Grouse Mountain (15 minutes), Cypress Mountain (20 minutes) Whistler (1 hour 30 minutes)
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Peter and Kathy were excellent hosts! The home was clean, well-stocked, and in a prime location for us to get around. The creek in the backyard is beautiful, and the fire table was lovely to sit around in the evenings after dinner. We couldn't have asked for more!

You had me at heated floors! The washroom had, yes, heated floors! It was amazing! And an easy check-in, very clean, comfortable, warm. Enjoyed the back porch with the fire table.

Beautiful forested setting

Kathy and Peter were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful and responsive. This setting in the forest was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It was a great location for quick access to the stunning coast. There are lots if gorgeous parks to explore nearby, too.

Cabin in the 'convenient woods'

What a super convenient location of this property. Lots of restaurants close by in West Van. Creek in the back yard is so peaceful. Hosts were amazing and helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely try to get back there next year.

Nice place with a lot of ammenities, great views and a lovely deck. Very challenging to get from parking down to the unit as it was steep and quite a few stairs. Also, uneven flooring in the unit resulted in multiple late night toe bruises even though we were made aware. Just not something you remember as you stumble from bed to the bathroom at 1 am. Mostly quiet except for the family upstairs...normal noises but noticable. The place was nicely appointed and we loved the neighborhood. Recommend trying the Beach House for dinner. Would stay here again.

Beautiful wooded area overlooking a stunning little creek

Lovely well appointed two bedroom under main house unit. Beautifully finished and spotlessly clean inside. Although this is under the main house noise was minimal. The rooms were a great size with a well appointed kitchen. Really good communication with the owner on arrival on the layout and functionality of the unit. Beautiful linens and larger than normal towels. Great location with very easy access to the hwy and Cypress mountain. Great access to a nice mall the other way but very quiet cul-de-sac position. Owners were renovating the roof of the little cabin down and to the side so it wasn’t a private as it would normally be I imagine, but my son and I were out most of the time so it didn’t bother us too much. This would also be a one time thing.Will definitely keep this in mind for future trips

Creekside Oasis

We absolutely loved this place! So private, quiet and nestled among big beautiful trees, and next to a bubbling creek. The deck with gas fire coffee table was our hang out place every morning and every evening. The rest of the unit is lovely - very tasteful decor and very nice amenities. No need to bring anything but your personal luggage! Plenty of shopping options nearby if you forget anything. The place is in a perfect location- quick and beautiful drive into downtown, and easy access to all the beautiful parks and natural beauty. Finally, Peter and Kathy were fantastic hosts. They were the perfect blend of respecting our privacy, and yet being available and helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this unit. I hope to come back again!

Cozy, Convenient, and Secluded

Cozy, comfortable interior space with easy access to the north shore mountains and attractions. All you hear is the sound of the nearby stream you can see outside the windows. Yet, you can quickly hop on the highway and be on the slopes in minutes. The heated bathroom floor and charming outside heater are bonuses in winter. To top it off, Peter and Kathy are excellent hosts and wonderful people. We couldn't ask for a better place for our family.

Great location in West Vancouver

Very modern, good internet for working remotely. We hiked from the property to Stanley Park, Capilano Park, suspension Bridge and Grouse mountain. Easy drive to Cypress Mountain. Our hosts were wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions. The outdoor fireplace was wonderful with a creek in the back yard providing a very relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment is in a beautiful settimg. It seemed as though you were in a cottage in the forest. We saw salmon spawning in the creek flowing 8n the back yard. The covered deck with a fire table offered a cozy experience for relaxing evenings.

Peter made sure we were comfortable and the house was very clean. We were not aware that they were living above this space and heard some noises but overall we were happy with the entertainment that was provided and the location.

A little slice of heaven!

If you love a private setting in nature, centrally located to everything the Vancouver area has to offer, as well as tasteful, well appointed accommodations, this place is for you. On top of that the owners are lovely and strike a great balance between being there when you need them, and respecting your privacy. Our time in Vancouver was magical for so many reasons, and this place was one of those reasons!
