Great home for a family or girls trip ( we had 7 people) would be good I would say for up to 10 people and location is 10/10!! Host communicated quickly when we messaged about dropping off luggage early and when the power went out on the street due to weather.

This is our second time staying at this home. We keep coming back because it’s in a great location, the property manager is very responsive, it’s got plenty of space and it’s always clean!

Great floor plan! We could relax both inside the house at the big dinner table or living area or one of the many porches. Tram was a nice convience. But walkable to Alys and Rosemary shops. Pool (though not heated) and cafe were nice.

Check in process for pool and vehicle tags was a little difficult to find as you have to go to the pool office for it and tedious especially when they close the office. Pool closed due to weather on our pool day. No trash bags were provided but host requested trash to be removed from house before checkout. Bedrooms in level 1 and 2 were very hot and air did not flow in the rooms. There was moisture/ potential mold on certain areas of vents/ceilings but may be expected due to environment. Was a very nice area and host did allow early check in time, and very responsive.

Great trip!

We had the best time at Seacrest, it was easy to walk/bike anywhere we went. The house was clean and comfortable and the kids loved the pool! We especially enjoyed ending every night hanging out on the beautiful wrap around porch!
