A dock with a hop to the beach

Great location - so close to the beach. A wonderful dock to enjoy. This cottage is really cool. It’s an old beach house vibe with a few modern updates where needed.

felt like old Grayton!

I grew up staying at Grayton Beach and it has changed quite a bit. My family always stayed next door to this place in the Magnolia Treehouse. They tore it down a couple of years ago, so we were so excited when we saw this one was available. The quarters are definitely tight! The dock was amazing. Would love to stay here again.
