This private home is ready for you and your family or friends to stay in while you visit San Francisco.
More than a rental this is a home. The owners leave some personal items in the house when they leave. At the same time because it is an active home, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics food items which you are invited to use. Our pots, pans, silver ware and dinner ware are all top of the line. It would be hard to think of something that is missing from the kitchen.

Located in a quite neighborhood on a dead end street that backs up to the Presido this 5 bedroom home will give you all the comforts and amenities that you will need to have a great stay in a great city.

This is a non smoking unit. Unfortunately, events and parties other than residents are not allowed.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1, located on the 2nd floor with a King size bed, is ensuite and has a full balcony over looking the park.
Bedroom #2, located on the 2nd floor with a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3, located on the 2nd floor with a double bed.
Bedroom #4 is located on the 3rd floor with a King bed.
Bedroom #5 is located on the 3rd floor with a single and a full bed.
There is a 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor.
There is a 3rd bathroom on the 3rd floor.

Dining Area:
In the open concept living area, there is a table that seats 8 people. There is also an island that seats 6.

TV:
The TV room has a 52" Plasma TV with multiple stations including HBO, SHOW, STARZ, Netflix and ESPN.

Pantry:
There is a full washer, dryer in the Pantry.

Out Door Space:
The french doors lead to a large deck over looking the Park. There is a chef's grill for outdoor cooking and seating for 6-8.
A Professional Gardener keeps the back yard in beautiful shape with lots of flowers to enjoy. The back yard leads directly to Mountain Lake Park.

The Area:
We are located in the Inner Richmond just north of Lake Street. This area is considered highly desirable for its family friendly atmosphere, access to green space, multiple children parks and great restaurants.
Out the back gate are literally miles and miles of nature trails leading to Chrissy Field, Baker Beach and the Disney Museum. There is even a bowling alley within walking distance.

We had a terrific experience and especially appreciated the ease of communication with our hosts. The property was immaculate and had every amenity a visitor could require. The only negative, which would not apply to many, and is definitely typical of San Francisco: lots of stairs! All the sleeping areas are on the second and third level. If that's not a concern, we would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful house that can accommodate a large number of guests! If you have a dog this location is AMAZING because right out the back door behind the yard is a dog park so lots of opportunities for playing with other dogs!

This home was so beautiful and charming! The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and every inch of the home is filled with positivity and warmth. We bought this property because of its close proximity to all the Presidio has to offer. Miles and miles of trails that lead to great views, beaches and museums. Vibrant Clement street is only blocks away with its varied restaurants, clubs and bars.
