The rental was just the right size. It was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a one night stay to be. The host was very nice and made the check in process quick and easy. We would definitely stay there again.

The view was fabulous, looked out over out water, very walkable to the beach. Interior very clean and comfortable. Kitchen amenities available (micro, cook top, countertop oven & coffee kurig & maker). Would stay here again- and recommend to friends.

Stayed for a couple of nights for with my best friend. Everything was as described. There is only 1 parking spot but you can park directly across the street for 45per day for a second car. We were able to walk to the beach and shops. We had a great stay.

Paul was great at communicating and answering all questions before our stay. He greeted us and showed us around. Perfect view for relaxing over the weekend! The sofa was very comfortable and Iā€™ve never had a more comfortable bed and pillow at a rental. There were more than enough full size towels for our stay and that almost never happens!The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything in town was close enough to walk to and enjoy. And the littleDeck was perfect forMorning coffee and evening drinks. So happy we found this place. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this penthouse suite! The ocean views are stunning, and the deck was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee while watching neighbors stroll by with their dogs. The bed was exceptionally comfortableā€”honestly one of the best weā€™ve ever slept in while traveling. We enjoyed making breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen each morning before heading out to explore Hampton Beach. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy peaceful, quiet nights. We canā€™t wait to come back!

Perfect space for two, with a fabulous view. We stayed five days and were very comfortable there. Even cooked/ ate in once, in the little kitchen. Comfy bed too, and clean! Just as advertisedā€¦a couple of minutes walk to the beach, and you can also walk to the Boardwalk and local restaurants in 10-20 minutes along the sidewalk above the beach. Quiet location. Also only about a 20 minute drive to Portsmouth, where you can find fun breweries or fancy dining in the quaint downtown area. Close to a nice golf course (Sagamore-Hampton).Paul was a great host, meeting us when we arrived and showing us around. He even brought some extra ice cube trays and a bag of ice the next day, as we only found a small ice tray in the freezer. It is obvious that Paul cares about making his guests feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul as a host, and this cute beach condo for your next stay at Hampton Beach.

Great property, extremely clean, very comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Very private location, directly across the street from the beach and close to the strip, so quiet without all the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything. Paul, the host, was extremely responsive to any requests and met us at the property when we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hampton Beach

The host of the property met us at check in to introduce himself and to make sure our stay was all we expected it to be. The views of the ocean were amazing, the king bed was very comfortable and the walking distance to the beach and shopping were just a few minutes away. The place was perfect for our short get away! Paul greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to utilize all of the amenities. It was a very short walk to the quiet end of the beach and easy to walk the entire boardwalk. Would definitely recommend!
