About this property

This beautiful cabin home is located in one of the most desirable vacation locations in Pagosa, just 8 minutes from town and about 15 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Basin. The San Juan River Village is surrounded by 3 million acres of national forest. You’ll wake up to great mountain & forest views with plenty of areas for fishing, hiking and exploring nearby.

The home is completely furnished and very spacious with 4 king bedrooms and a trailer friendly driveway. On the main floor you’ll find the kitchen, dining & living area, 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a balcony with plenty of space to enjoy the view. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms. One with a king size bed, a twin bed, a twin bunk bed and a full attached bathroom. The other with a king size bed, a twin bunk bed and an entertainment area with a large TV & seating area.

The San Juan River Village subdivision has private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This is a pet friendly home. 2 dog maximum unless authorized. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog as well as a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 per dog.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Pagosa Springs for Spring Break Vacation. The location was great. About 15 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Resort and 5 minutes from town. The home had everything you would need to cook meals and relax and have a good time. The views of the mountains are gorgeous. There are two rooms downstairs with a bathroom that the teenage kids used (girls in one room and boys in the other). Two rooms upstairs with two bathrooms which the adults used. Perfect layout for a big family vacation. We love Pagosa and we loved this home, we hope to return 😊

Great House in a Great Location

Great location, great accommodations

Our group of eight (4 adults and 4 teens) and two dogs stayed at the house in January. It was a very comfortable house with a well stocked kitchen and a great location. It was an easy drive into town and a reasonable drive up to Wolf Creek. There are beautiful views and lots of comfortable places to hang out and play board games. I would definitely come back!!
