Serene, comfortable, cozy and complete bi-level home with spectacular views. Located above Old Town Steamboat Springs. Custom built home in quiet residential neighborhood. Five minute drive to ski area. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Hiking trails nearby. Gourmet kitchen and spacious living space. 2 car heated garage. Need only your toothbrush and skis! Available to mature responsible renter looking for extended stay, December 2023 through April 2024. This is my personal home - it is very peaceful and perfect for a winter ski getaway.
