Discover this charming, family-friendly condo exuding the warm, cozy vibes of a mountain cabin.

Perfectly situated just 4 blocks from Main Street, the location couldn't be more ideal. A trailhead and tennis/pickleball courts are conveniently right next door.

For some winter fun, the county's best sledding hill is just steps away, and you can easily walk to the shuttle that takes you to the slopes. Alternatively, you may walk to the nearest lift, which is 9 blocks away.


The space
Step into this inviting space, where the entrance and living room boast vaulted ceilings, creating an expansive and cozy ambiance. The centerpiece of the room is a wood-burning fireplace, adding a touch of rustic charm and warmth to the entire area.


The space fits 4 people comfortably - 2 twin beds and 1 king bed.


One parking spot available in our heated garage. Oversized SUV/Trucks will NOT fit.


Other things to note
NO smoking/vaping and NO Pets allowed. HOA rules. Our manager is on site will know if there any rules broken.


The neighborhood:
The neighborhood is situated at the center of Breckenridge, adjacent to Carter Park. It is conveniently positioned just 4 blocks away from Main Street, allowing for easy access to the lively atmosphere of the town, while providing a peaceful environment for restful sleep. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity, as it's only a brief 10-minute walk to the base of Peak 9, or alternatively, a bus stop located 2 blocks from the condo offers free transportation to the gondola lot, which takes you to the base of Peak 8. This location offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, catering to both town exploration and skiing adventures.

In the winter, Carter Park offers the best sledding hill in the county.

In the summer, Carter Park offers as tennis and pickleball courts. And hiking and biking trailhead is located in Carter Park.

When school is not in session, Breckenridge Elementary offers a great park for the kiddos. Adjacent to our condo.

Great Getaway

This condo was an ideal for our family of four. Its location was superb, with Main Street just a short walk away and a convenient trailhead only a few steps from our doorstep. We literally parked our car and never used for the few days we were there. You can walk to everything (even a grocery store is a couple blocks away). We had a fantastic time playing pickleball at the nearby courts. The condo is very clean and had everything that you would need. Indoor parking is a bonus. We're already planning to book it again for this winter, especially because the sledding hill, just steps away, is sure to be a major hit with my kids.

Perfect Condo for Skiing

This condo is the perfect place for a ski vacation to Breckenridge. It is a 12 minute walk to the Quick Silver lift. It is a 5 minute walk to popular restaurants on Main Street like Empire Burger and Eric's Downstairs. It is steps away from the sledding hill. Bonus is it is also steps away from the dog park which we enjoyed saying hi to all the dogs on the way to park while walking to the slopes. The condo is full renovated and up to date. It is perfect for a family of four. It has everything you need to make great meals and the living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes and watching a movie. The condo was very clean and comes with a garage space so your car is protected from the elements. The host is very kind and responsive with any need you may have. I would highly recommend this location for your next trip to Breckenridge!

Unfortunately, circumstances required us to relocate from Breckenridge last year. We consider ourselves lucky to have this condo for our winter escapes, and it's our usual practice to spend the entire summer there.
