Our team has been notified and we will repair or replace those appliances promptly. We also had our cleaning team cleaned the areas in the living-room to address the odor. We appreciated that the view and location met expectations, and we’ve addressed the items you reported: after your departure we inspected the home and have scheduled or completed repairs and updates, including repairing the guest shower door, replacing the broken Keurig, and replacing damaged window screens. We’ve updated our cleaning and turnover checklist to ensure fresh towels are always provided and reinforced procedures with our team. The front porch furniture and paint, yard cleanup and gate latch, and trash-bin placement have been scheduled for correction, and we’re reviewing the master bath layout and listing description so future guests have a clearer sense of shower size.
