Wren Beach Rentals represents Coquina Village- a building that consists of three, 2 bedroom-2 bath units. The main unit is upstairs and offers wonderful views of the ocean. It has been fully renovated with a large open living room, kitchen, dining floor plan. The kitchen features butcher block countertops, stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. The living room looks out over the dunes and the ocean. An ocean front balcony spans the width of the back of the building and offers a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while the sun rises. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination, while the 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a stack washer and dryer. Please note: There is only 1 television in the unit that provides streaming services. The other units maybe available, please inquire Wren Beach Rentals

A room with a view

The view from this rental cannot be better. We loved watching the sun rise each morning sipping on our coffee. It was great having your own beach access. Plus, the location was fantastic if you needed groceries or went to the historical district. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous location!!!

The place is great! Comfortable beds, plenty of room, gorgeous kitchen, amazing view. Clean and well appointed. Our ONLY issue was the check in process. Code provided but did not work…code provided for lock box with key and that also would not open. 40 minutes later a code was provided that worked. After that we had no issue with the code. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

We had the balcony upper unit with stunning view. Steps from the beach and to the village. The home was very pleasingly furnished and comfortable. Some minor issues with cleanliness of shower heads and maintenance kept from a 5 star cleanliness rating and the door key pads don’t work. We were quickly helped to find the key lockbox happily. Neither of these issues will keep us from staying there again.
