Welcome to Beachfront 12 @ Ponce Landing. This beachfront townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit which accomodates 6 people maximum there is a 1 car garage which is your primary parking spot, washer & dryer and 2 pools which 1 is heated.

Inside you will enjoy the beachy vibe decor, the 1st floor consists of bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with a small patio off the living room with views of the dunes.

The 2nd floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, tv and a private balcony with ocean views. Full size bathroom with tub, the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV and small balcony facing pool.

There is a door code for entry to unit

Monthly Bookings are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee

THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY UNIT, 2 DOGS MAXIMUM, IF THE DOG IS A BARKER THEY CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE UNIT. THERE ARE BREED RESTRICTIONS AS OF MAY 2023 NO PIT BULLDOGS, ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINCHERS, CHOWS, AKITAS, ALASKAN MALAMUTES, GERMAN SHEPHERDS, SIBERIAN HUSKIES, ST. BERNARDS, WOLF HYBRIDS OR ANY MIX OF THE ABOVE. IF YOU DOG IS AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY THE HOA CAN REQUEST THAT THE RENTER BE EVICTED. IF PET RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED THE OWNER WILL BE FINED BY THE HOA-THIS FINE WILL BE PASED ON TO THE RENTER

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Collect all towels & start load in washer

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If your Dog is a barker he cannot be left alone in the unit Smoking outside only-Do not leave garage door open
Do not lower the thermostat under 71 degrees it will call the unit to freeze and shut down, you will be held responsible for the service call

Great stay!

This is probably one of the best places I have stayed in Saint Augustine. The bed was comfortable, the view is amazing, location is perfect and we had everything we needed. Host communicated perfectly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Oceanfront Stay

The property was in a great location with oceanfront views. It was clean and provided many amenities. The best part is that we were able to bring our two French Bulldogs with us on our vacation and they were able to be on the beach.

Complete Family Beach Package

Accurate description online of property. Perfect beach location for family (we have grade school and middle school ) and one happy dog. Clean, comfortable, quiet location, upstairs bedrooms, adequate kitchen, large garage for car and bikes, easy pool access, close to beach restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others and would like to return in the future.

Great getaway!

Just a short drive to downtown. Grocery store 1 mile away. Short walk to beach from boardwalk very close to back door. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Comfortable couches if you need to sleep downstairs. Dogs can be walked on outskirts of neighborhood but not directly outside of condo.I would recommend this property for family stay.

Beautiful!

Great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a wonderful location to the beach and just a short drive to the historic district/shopping. Our dog had a wonderful time at the beach as did we. I would recommend. It was also a very quiet neighborhood and beach.

Great Family spot!

This condo was very well stocked with everything… lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, bath towels, kitchen supplies. We had a great time. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and walks on the beach at night. The location was very convenient to restaurants, Publix and historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

On the beach

The property is steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. The house is very comfortable and spacious for a family. The unit is stocked with all the essentials. It was beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our despite the rain. I would definitely book this place again if coming back to St. Augustine area.

Perfect accommodations

This townhouse was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room and was well stocked ! Every bed was comfortable and the house was exactly like the pictures. Lisa was a great help and responded to message’s quickly. We were right next to the walkway to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!!!

Vacation Getaway

This is our third time staying at this condo for our annual beach vacation. We appreciate the owners' timely communication and attention to details and we love staying here! The location, beach view (from upper level) and access are excellent. The condo is lovely, clean, quiet, fully equipped for our stay, and we enjoyed being able to bring our dog. We also like having a garage along with a balcony facing west to enjoy the sunset. Great vacation getaway!

Wonderful Ocean View!

This condo has a direct ocean view from the upstairs bedroom balcony Plus it fronts the dunes which provide privacy on the downstairs patio as well It was very clean and the host provides everything you may need There are 2 pools, a wooden walk way to the ocean, and a good size garage for your car and "stuff" No carpet-which is great if you have your fur baby with you I would definitely recommend this unit

GREAT LOCATION!

We booked the condo for 1 week, It was a great stay! The condo was clean, and very well stocked. To our surprise they had everything from salt and pepper to beach toys all the way to dog bowls! The condo was exactly as described if not better. Out the bottom back patio is the broad walk to the beach, out the front garage and to the right is the 2 pools (very clean). There’s plenty to do in the area like mini golf, ice cream, walking, grocery shopping ect. Historic st. Augustine is a short and easy 10 minute drive max. I really can’t say enough great things about the condo and the area. Everyone enjoyed the stay and that’s saying a lot on its own as we have 2 under 10 and 2 teenagers!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was the perfect beach vacation for my family. We brought our 2 eight year old boys (each got their own bed) and dog. Easy walk to the beach, next door to mini golf and a few minutes drive to restaurants (you could probably walk to few). It was only a 15 minute drive to the historic St Augustine City, easy to go for the day. The owner has the house stocked with all you would need to cook in the kitchen and on the grill, huge fridge, and a great selection of beach chairs and towels with a cool wagon to cart down to the beach. We brought boogie boards and the kids enjoyed the waves. Rained every day around 2pm which gave us a much needed break from the sun, nice to have a place close to take shelter. The owner responded quickly to any issues and you can tell she takes pride in her properties. Comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, everything was perfect! The kids are already asking when we can come back!!

St Augustine Beachfront and Dog Friendly Vacation

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, dog-friendly beachfront condo in St. Augustine Beach, then this property is for you. The property is well located on St. Augustine beach and is two story direct beachfront updated townhouse. The main floor has a remodeled kitchen, full bathroom and living space with a patio on the beachside and a one-car garage facing inland. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all your own food plus a propane gas grill for barbeque. There are also a few coffee shops and breakfast places and a nice mini-golf course within walking distance and a hundred more restaurants within a short drive. The second floor has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a great view of the ocean and its own balcony. The condo complex has two pools. We found the area to be quiet and peaceful and was just what we needed for our getaway. The host, Lisa, is very responsive. We had an issue with the AC unit one evening and she immediately responded to our text and had a repair man out within the hour (and this was after 9;00pm at night). She followed up the next day to make sure everything was working for us (it was). Thank you Lisa for being so responsive to our needs.

Great location on the beach and a short drive to so many restaurants. There’s a putt putt course right next door with great ice cream. The condo was stocked with everything you need to cook and the beach chairs/toys were an added plus. The beach in this area wasn’t as crowded which I loved! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again next year.
