Excellent location in one of the best beaches of Ubatuba, beach of Toninhas, the house has swimming pool, WiFi, 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, integrated dining and living room, kitchen, and bathrooms, swimming pool, covered barbecue, balcony and garage for 3 cars.
Located 350 meters from the beach, where it is possible to see the sea from the street of the house and access can be done on foot without having to use the car.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms, double bed with mattress box in the bedrooms, nightstand and reversible armchair for single mattress.
Living room equipped with ceiling fan, 3 and 2 seater sofa, rack, TV and DVD and decorative frames. Dining room equipped with rectangular table with 6 chairs, curtains and decorative frames. Full kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, cabinets, granite sink, blender, cutlery, dishes, pots, roasters, cups etc ... Social bathroom. Balcony covered with hammock for rest. Casa limpa; Arejada; Acomodou confortável as 12 pessoas; Piscina e área de churrasco boas; Todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente. Recomendo, e com certeza voltarei.

CASA MUITO BOA!!

Ótima casa, piscina muito limpa e bem cuidada, churrasqueira grande, próximo à praia, casa segura, com quartos e camas confortáveis, Wifi e muito mais coisas que nos oferecem conforto! Eu recomendo e voltarei a alugar mais vezes!

Casa muito aconchegante, muito perto da Praia e Supermercado. Casa com móveis novos , área de lazer ótima. Estava tudo muito limpo ao chegarmos. Adriana proprietária muito atenciosa , sempre prestativa !! Enfim foi tudo muito bom !! Recomendo e espero voltar mais vezes !!

Maravilhoso

Casa muito confortável e segura, atendeu bem as expectativas, realmente perto da praia com comércio na mesma rua e acesso fácil a praia, onde se encontram barracas que oferecem um excelente almoço. A casa é melhor do que as fotos mostram, e a proprietária Adriana, desde o inicio nos forneceu toadas as informações necessárias de maneira esclarecida. Nossa viagem foi maravilhosa, recomendamos principalmente se viajar com crianças.

Maravilhoso

Lugar muito agradável e seguro, realmente próximo a praia, basta descer a rua e atravessar a faixa de pedestres. Logo na chegada da praia já tem barracas que servem um almoço excelente. A casa é mais bonita do que as fotos mostram e vale muito a pena. A proprietária Adriana, desde o inicio nos prestou todas as informações e nossa estadia foi muito tranquila. Eu recomendo á todos, principalmente se tiver crianças.

Casa ampla, limpa, arejada e próxima à praia

A casa é exatamente o que está na foto. É ampla, limpa, arejada, tem três quatros em bom tamanho - sendo uma suíte. Sala integrada com copa, cozinha com os equipamentos necessários. Possui churrasqueira, tanque e mesa externa, além de piscina bem cuidada. Destaco a tranquilidade do local, os móveis confortáveis (cama, colhão, cadeiras), bons eletrodomésticos e internet wi-fi... pude estar na praia e manter conexão com boa velocidade sem depender da internet móvel - o que me permitiu trabalhar. A proprietária sempre foi atenciosa e rápida para responder minhas dúvidas, bem como o zelador - que mora em frente.
