This was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. Located an easy walk to the beach and centrally located to everything, Emerald Gem has everything you can need for a fun week at the beach. The amenities in the unit included everything you could need for a fun week at the beach. Last minute accommodation of need to bring a pet was greatly appreciated. Great value and highly recommended!Sue

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The property was so clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We were worried with it being small, but it was so cozy and well designed. We loved being so close to the beach access and enjoyed our chairs and umbrellas. Will absolutely stay again!

The beach was wonderful! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Nice restaurants nearby, grocery was close and convenient. We would absolutely stay again.

We stayed here in March 2026 for our spring break trip and had a great experience. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the beach without needing our wagon. We just carried our bag chairs and beach bag and it was an easy walk. We also enjoyed the Sand Flea bar/restaurant right on the beach. Any time I had a question, the host responded quickly and was very helpful. The place itself is a bit small but quaint and worked well for our stay. We recommend it.

Well we did not end up bringing our pet. However the pet friendliness was obvious. The scenery was amazing at the beach ( a 3 minute walk across the street from unit) there was an amazing bar and grill on the beach as well. If you like piná coladas lol. We had a great time. All of the shopping was close by and the restaurants were many.

From reading everything about the condo and property it didn’t disappoint! Smooth check-in. Property is clean, quiet, pools were clean, staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Ms. Karen was a joy to speak with each morning at the pool while she cleaned. Literally 4-5 minute walk to the beach or you could drive your car over and park. Beach area was very nice & clean. Our unit offered 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day. Cute bar/grill in your beach area. Plenty of sprayers to wash the sand off. Walking down having drinks on the beach was a perfect way to end the nights. Definitely didn’t feel crowded at all. That was very nice. Our unit offered everything you could need and more. From the kitchen to things for the beach & extra beach towels. A golf set to enjoy the course they have on the property. Plenty of extra bedding. Beds were comfortable. The dryer came in handy! The patio area with seating and dining table was nice. Relaxing on it in the mornings and evenings. Wasn’t able to use the grill as it was pretty dirty. TV’s were easy to set up our personal streaming services. The area is perfect! Food, spots, bars, gifts, shopping, grocery stores, tours, ect. all within 2-5 miles. If going to the Harbor or Boardwalk I’d recommend taking an uber parking is pricey. Hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Priced perfectly. Although 4pm check in & 10am check out you basically pay for a day you can’t use. I would highly recommend this condo.
