Honestly expected more from this rental. When we arrived, the place did not have working air conditioning or a refrigerator. Fortunately, the rental company did respond in an appropriate manner and the mechanic was very helpful setting up temporary solutions for our stay. I was sad to hear that toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing soap, or extra toilet paper and paper towels are not included in your stay. They do give you a “starter kit” that can quickly run out. Lastly, the sheets and towels provided are clean but the quality is equal to what you get at the hospital - very thin, scratchy, and not at all what you would expect for the price you pay.
