We enjoyed our stay at the condo! We loved layout of the condo and being able to park next to the unit was a huge plus! The condo had everything we needed and we loved location! We were delayed a day checking in due to hurricane but the owner communicated quickly on when guests were able to arrive so only missed a day. The walk to beach was easy and the weather was beautiful all week! We would stay in this condo again!

Excellent space. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Beautiful and spacious rooms. The view was spectacular. Everything you needed was there. Short walk to the pools and beach!

We have been traveling to the beach (various ones on east coast and gulf) for 20 years. We always stay in a three bedroom condo. This was by far the best we have stayed in 20 years. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Much bigger than I expected. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Parking was an added bonus. We did have one issue with the bedroom TV connection to the router. I messaged the property manager. Very prompt reply. We had to call to have it fixed by a professional. It was up and running the next day. But overall I would recommend this property.

Beautiful spacious condo. Super clean. The most fully stocked condo I have seen. Any kitchen supply you could possibly need. Any beach toy you could possibly need. Books and puzzles for rainy days. Garage Parking right outside your front door. Quick elevator ride and very short board walk to the beach! Beautiful views! This condo will make for a fabulous vacation!!

Welcome back Kathy. We have made a lot of improvements since your last visit ... repainted the entire condo a more modern "Agreeable Grey" color, replaced the draperies in the living room, changed the bed comforters and pillows and replaced the living room furniture. I hope you liked the enhancements.

This is such a beautiful location. We enjoyed every moment. The kitchen is throughly stocked with everything you could want and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Our host, Beth, went out of her way to help with VRBO billing issues. Thank you for everything!

The condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, the rooms are comfortable, and the view is wonderful. We loved the large balcony with the outdoor seating, the ability to park right next to the door, and the separate ice maker in the bar. It was the perfect condo for our family!

The beaches were beautiful and this particular building was so low key and not crazy busy. We loved our stay.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo. Phoenix 9 is a very special and unique place. It is a smaller building but still has all the amenities that the larger buildings have. The board of directors is dedicated to keeping the building in premium class condition and also making it a family oriented atmosphere. Too many other condominiums have turned into party places... Phoenix 9 will never go there, it will always be a quiet relaxing place to stay.

This is a great condo - very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Easy check in and out and covered parking at the door is a plus. Entire property is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a fun week!

This condo is amazing. Lots of space for 3 families and the beach was never packed in early July like you would expect. Parking was nice as we were always only steps away from our condo. Would definitely look to rent again.
