Welcome to our stunning 3BR/2.5BA 2nd floor unit, boasting the most magnificent views of Downtown St. Augustine. Perched on the east side of the iconic Bridge of Lions, our home offers a unique vantage point of the Intracoastal, creating an unforgettable backdrop for your vacation. Location is key, and our place puts you in the heart of the action. Effortlessly explore the historic charm of Downtown St. Augustine on foot, with just a short 5-minute walk across the bridge. 10-mins from beach.

>Full Bathroom: Jack n Jill full bathroom between bedroom 2 & 3 with shower/tub combo.
>Kitchen: Electric range, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Drip coffee machine, All kitchen essentials, Island with bar space with 3x bar stools, Office desk.
>Dining Room: Dining table for 6 overlooking the intracoastal.
>Living Room: 2x Couches, Accent chair, Smart TV, Access to balcony.
>Half Bathroom: Half bathroom located next to the kitchen.
>Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer with detergent for our guests located next to the kitchen.

>Backyard: Oversized balcony overlooking the Matanzas River with outdoor seating.
>Parking: Three spaces available for parking on the property - 1 space available next to garage 2, 2 spaces available on the pine needles located in front of the home on the north side of the property in front of the gate or inside Garage 2.


GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the second floor unit (Unit 2 only), which is accessed through the first floor - Walk to the right of the water fountain in front of the home, take left access the unit through the glass door with number "2" marking. Additionally, the guests have access to walk downstairs to the intracoastal to enjoy the views!
Check-in details will be provided the morning of check-in.
Guests will access the home with a physical key - Location and access code to padlock will be provided to retrieve the front door key to Unit 2.
We live right down the street, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Davis Shores charms visitors & locals alike. From the 1950’s cottage-style homes found on the southside and northside of Davis Shores, you’ll enjoy exploring this safe and quiet neighborhood that is surrounded by the Matanzas River, intracoastal waterway. Find hidden parks spread throughout the neighborhood and beautiful views of the Salt Run to the east and Matanzas River & Downtown St. Augustine to the west.
Great walkability to Historic Downtown! We have 3 private, off-street parking spaces for our guests.

**Any pets must be pre-approved. A pet fee ($189.00) will be sent via Airbnb money request after booking has been confirmed.
--LOCKING EXTERIOR DOORS--
To lock all exterior doors of the home, you will need to pull the door lever in the up position while turning the deadbolt knob of the door until the door is locked.
The unit that you have rented is Lion's View and is the 2nd floor unit (Unit 2) - This property has two separate units, Lion's View & Bridge Tender (Unit 1). Bridge Tender is the first floor unit.

We rented the top floor. The property is beautiful and deserves a 5 star review, however, we did not walk into a clean home. I had a crawling baby with me and his clothes were black from picking up dirt of the floors. His hands were full of hair (human and pet) which was really gross. The fridge worked but it was dirty especially around the water/ice dispenser. The kitchen cabinet knobs were dirty, I had to wipe them off before touching. The rugs had stains, I didn’t feel like the couch was clean either so I put my own blanket over it. We also didn’t like the fact that with a high cleaning fee, the check out instructions are to take out trash and start laundry (laundry is optional but still, we’ve never seen this request before). There is a camera in the master bedroom with white paper over it which made us feel uncomfortable in that room. The property owner should fix the awkward door locking issue as it was very inconvenient for someone with a baby in one arm and trying to lock the door with the other hand but really needing two hands to lock properly. The property location is great and with better cleaning, I would give it a 5 star review.

Absolutely Breathtaking
This house was above and beyond!! Every thing you can think of, they had. The views were stunning and the location is just perfect so you can enjoy the beach or the historic downtown area. We will definitely be back!!
