Living space
The living room brings together a comfortable leather sectional, TV with Hulu, and classic architectural details - hardwood floors, and a crystal chandelier - that give the space real character. A reading nook with built-in bookshelves adds a quiet corner for slower mornings, while a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi keeps you connected if you need it. Ceiling fans and air conditioning keep things comfortable year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. A dining table gives the whole group a place to gather.

Sleeping arrangements
The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, each outfitted with bed linens, extra pillows, and hangers for clothing storage. Whether you're traveling as a family or with friends, the layout gives everyone their own space to settle in.

Bathrooms
Two well-appointed bathrooms include a bathtub, hair dryer, and the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor space
The private backyard garden is a peaceful spot to start your morning or wind down in the evening. Out front, a covered porch with rocking chairs sits beneath the shade of palm trees - a perfect place to relax and watch the neighborhood go by

Sunny Side Cottage sits in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district, within easy walking distance of Flagler College, downtown dining, boutique shops, and the city's most iconic landmarks. The home includes off-street parking for 2 vehicles, so getting around the area is easy.

Good to know
Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees (maximum of 2). The cottage also accommodates extended stays, making it a great fit for longer trips or remote work. Self check-in is handled via a keypad for a smooth, flexible arrival.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Garage is not included with rental of the house.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
