The full kitchen includes everything needed for simple meals, from a refrigerator and stove to a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. A coffee maker and toaster add convenience, while the dining table invites you to gather and share stories over a meal prepared in your own space.

Sleeping arrangements
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Each bedroom provides soft linens, pillows, and storage for personal belongings. The bathrooms include a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials to ensure comfort throughout your visit.

Outdoor living

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Garage is not included with rental of the house.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
