Wonderful stay

We loved staying at Chris' East Hampton house! The house was beautifully decorated, there was plenty of space for all four of us, and Chris was a gracious host who met us upon check in and check out. We loved his house and we hope to rent it again!

Super Summer Start!

I rented this property to celebrate my son's graduation, the beginning of summer, and to give all of the cousins and friends a relaxing time together. The house is great, close to everything you need in East or Amagansett. All about hanging by the pool, grillin and chillin. We hope to make it a tradition!

What a lovely house to spend our first family vacation in 3 years! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Chris met us at the house(long after our estimated arrival), gave us a tour and the house key. He was very kind and helpful, Pointing us in the right direction for groceries and local restaurants. The pool was a very nice and was used every day! Will rent again

Beautiful weeks in Springs!

Chris’ home was a delight, just perfect for my wife and I and our two girls (12 and 15), and Sunny our 4-year old mini-labradoodle. The photos don’t do it justice, the house is even more beautiful in person! Chris was a great host, meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. He was also very responsive throughout the entire process. The house was spotless, and is very well appointed. We loved the new master bath, and everyone thought the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was great, and we had everything we needed to cook - although we did do a little take out here and there (lots of good places nearby). The Weber grill was also great to have - shrimp on the “barbi”, burgers, grilled corn and portabella are practically staples for us! Of course, the pool is one of this home’s best features - a must have for a summer get-away! It was beautiful, clean, refreshing - and had a very effective heating system that was very easy to regulate for the perfect temperature. We so enjoyed hanging out on the deck, by the pool, eating outside - just wonderful! My girls spent hours there, as you can imagine. Springs is a very nice part of Easthampton, and the neighborhood where Chris’ home is located is quiet and residential. We really enjoyed the peaceful evenings, with just the crickets providing the soundtrack. That said, the house is only 10 minutes from either Easthampton center or Amagansett, about 20 minutes from Sag Harbor and 30 minutes to Montauk. We enjoyed exploring all of those towns, and visiting friends close by. There are also several beautiful beaches nearby - we especially enjoyed Gardiners beach opposite Gardiners Island, just lovely (and uncrowded)! We couldn’t recommend Chris and his home more highly, just a beautiful place and a beautiful, restful visit!

Beautiful home and wonderful rental experience.

Our family of 4 stayed in this home in August 2016 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is beautifully furnished and has everything you need in a rental. The pool is also wonderful! This owner was great to work with from start to finish. We can't wait to come back!

Gracious Home with plenty of amenities

This is a two story home with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 1/2 lovely bathrooms. The outdoor space is comfortable and spread out including a wrap around porch, a patio area with a table & chairs and a terrific pool. The decor and design is simple and thoughtful. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, baking tools, top appliances and a washer dryer. This was a perfect home for our family of 4, and can easily fit 8. The owner of the home has taken into consideration everything a renter may need in order to have a perfect stay. It is quiet, beautiful and clean. We will be back!
