A sparkling pool beckons you to take a refreshing dip, while the party cabana offers a hot tub, large outdoor couch, 70 inch TV and a barbecue grill. The best part is watching your favorite movies from the hot tub!



The backyard is a destination within itself! Cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. You'll enjoy days and nights in the cabana movie lounge. The best conversations always happen around fire pit. Love to Barbecue? We've got a charcoal grill for you too!



The living room features a cozy fireplace, plush sofa, quality furniture, and entertainment system with a large 75 inch flat-screen TV and sound bar. It's the perfect space for relaxing with your guests or hosting gatherings.



Cook all your favorite meals in the chefs kitchen. Equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a smart fridge with a built-in tablet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and host large dinners.

Perfect Family Spring Break!

Spacious and clean. Our family of 13 had more than enough space to spread out comfortably. The house was nicely decorated, had just the right amount of amenities for us, and the location was the perfect distance from the airport/other Austin activities. Some great breweries and distilleries close by that are kid friendly. The owner was easy to contact and made the check-in and out process a breeze!

This was a great house in a quiet neighborhood 10-15 minutes from everything so it was perfect for our group of “moms-turning-40.” Plenty of space, super clean and well maintained, well-stocked with all the basics in the kitchen, 6 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfy couches and linens, amazing backyard space. Everything was exactly like the pictures and Josh was quick to respond with any questions! We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

This house was exactly what my group of 10 needed for a trip to Austin. It is roughly 15 minutes from most of the downtown attractions, but is in a quiet neighborhood. With how many people we had, the hot water was fairly limited in our showers initially. I reached out to Joshua and he assisted us immediately. Joshua was extremely quick to respond, very friendly, and professional. My entire group of friends enjoyed the house and we would stay here again.
