Upon entering the property, you will find a spacious and welcoming interior. The layout is thoughtfully designed, offering both open living spaces and cozy private areas. The large windows allow an abundance of natural light to flood the rooms, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Sleeping Option #4: is a pull-out sofa with a mattress topper in the living room (sleeps 2)

Bathroom #1: shower and tub, hair dryer, toiletry starter kit (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bar soap)
Bathroom #2: shower, hair dryer, large vanity with double sinks, separate toilet room, toiletry starter kit (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bar soap)

Kitchen: equipped with modern appliances, offering a functional and stylish space for cooking and entertaining. It includes:
- Kitchen nook and bar stools overlooking kitchen seat 10 guests for dining
- Coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, microwave, cookware, bakeware, utensils, glassware, and dinnerware

Living Room: is comfortable and includes a large television screen, karaoke machine, and several board games to keep everyone entertained.
*A large foosball table is located to the side of the kitchen nook

Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the house with the exception of two closets that are locked and marked for owner access only.

- Linens, pillows, and towels (including hot tub towels) are provided
- Two hair dryers are available
- A large safe is located in Bedroom #2 for your convenience in storing valuables
- Additional toys and games located in the closet of Bedroom #1
- Starter kit for kitchen (dish soap, sponge, paper towel roll), laundry (detergent and dryer sheets), and bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bar soap, roll of toilet paper) are provided
- Unique door code for each stay to ensure safety
- Ample parking spaces on private driveway
- EV charger (level 2) - please bring Tesla adapter if needed
