Summer House on Romar Beach Condominiums is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great property. Clean facility. It was great being on the first floor. Very close to the beach. You won't have to worry about noise either because the sliding glass doors are super thick, so you won't hear anything from kids playing outside or noise at night. Beds were comfortable and clean. Had almost everything we needed but did run out of dishwasher tabs really early into the trip. Also no coffee filters but we left a ton. There was an umbrella left from probably a previous guest that we used but not much else to bring/buy what you'll need for the beach. Shower water pressure is absolutely insane though. It'll straight power wash you.

We had 4 adults and a 9 yr old with plenty of room. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Loved convenience to pool and beach right out back door. Family friendly place with lots of kids (4th of July). Not very walkable to restaurants or shopping. But beach was great of course! Would recommend to anyone.
