Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Trash bins must be taken out to the curb by Saturday night, as Trash pickup day is Monday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Grill in patio can be used by guests but needs to be cleaned after each use, otherwise a cleaning fee of $25 will be applied.
TRASH PICKUP DAY IS MONDAY. Please take out trash bins out to the curb Saturday night
To avoid bugs coming in please keep doors closed.
