Comfortable, clean and well cared for condo very conveniently located close to the beach. Outstanding communication from the host and a very easy check in and check out process. I would certainly stay here again when planning a trip to the area.

Toni was the best hostess we’ve had of any rental property we’ve booked on Vrbo to date! Her condo was very clean, adequately furnished, reasonably priced, and communication with her was fast and precise! We will definitely be returning customers! The location to the beach and outdoor pool was fantastic! Her unit deserves more than 5 stars than other condos in the immediate vicinity! Book a few months in advance for summertime stays.

Having stayed in the Mariners cove complex before I was pretty familiar with the property. That being said, dealing with Toni has been nothing but a pleasure. The condo is adorable and extremely clean. She goes above and beyond providing extras that no other condo I've seen provides. She's also readily available for any questions comments or concerns. We will definitely be returning!

Everything you need

Had a good stay at Toni’s place. Appreciated the first floor access, large pool, screened porch, big tv, well equipped kitchen and extra nice towels. Soap, shampoo and extra garbage bags, paper towels coffee — pack light and enjoy! We will definitely stay again.

Property was as listed, convenient to the beach (about a 5 minute walk). Pool was great, complex was quiet and well kept. Some local bar type restaurants, you will need to drive for any nicer sit-down meals. ACs worked well, nice to have individual units in bedrooms to adjust for comfort. Had everything we needed! Two beach chairs were available.
