In case of bad weather or you just want to stay in, there is a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. There is also cable with flatscreen TVs and a few games. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a king-size bed in the bedroom.

There are 30 stairs to access this condo. There is a ring video doorbell at the front door that records video and audio by motion 24/7 for your safety. There is also a front gate guard at the entrance to Pointe Royale and your photo I.D. may be required for entry.
