About this property

Centrally Located Home - Downtown San Diego

Your group will enjoy having easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Downtown (Gaslamp) is 2 miles from our home, San Diego Zoo is 3 miles away and SeaWorld is only 9 miles away.

Our home offers 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed and two sofa bed. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds.

The house was built in 1920 but we have remodeled several areas ( kitchen and bathroom). It is a stand-alone property that sits on the same street as Petco Park. Although it’s considered Central San Diego you won’t have trouble finding free parking on the street.

We have built this home with love. It’s spacious and we have TV’s in every room. We also offer top-speed internet for those who need to connect during the week to work.

We hope that you enjoy our property.
