Nice Beach Vacay

The view from this 11th floor unit is superb! We enjoyed the close proximity of the location to the beach and area attractions.

The condo has excellent views, clean and beach access just steps away. We have stayed there three years in a row and will be back. We had an issue with the toilet when we got there and was quick to get fixed. Everyone is very friendly.

1103 @ The Empress

This property is stunning. The location is perfect. Do not worry about having to cross the street to get to the beach. It is a much less strenuous walk than other places we’ve stayed in Miramar. If the current owner of 1103 ever wants to sell, I’d put an offer in over asking

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed everything about the property. Clean, quiet, adequately equipped. It would have been better to have two beds in the 3rd bedroom instead of bunk beds. My wife and son really appreciate light blocking curtains in the two gulf facing bedrooms, as they sleep better in a dark room.
