Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay! The owners really thought of everything. The place was very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The beach wagon and chairs were wonderful to have and the walk to the beach was very easy. You could tell the owners care about the property and their guests. Only reason I gave location 4 instead of 5 stars is that it was kind of noisy at night.

Awesome Townhome & Location

After spending 4 days at Disney attractions, it was nice to arrive at this awesome townhome to spend a few days with family relaxing. Very clean & updated definitely exceed my expectations. Beach, restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Parked car upon arrival & walked to everything the whole week while staying in Cocoa Beach. Nice off-street parking for two cars. Loved the sitting area in the back with all the plants very inviting. Perfect having a closet filled with stuff for the beach. Will stay again next visit to Cocoa Beach!
