Beachfront Cottage on Lake Michigan

Treat yourself to a classic Door County get-away. The Beach House is nestled on one of the quietest stretches of beach along Lake Michigan. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, quiet walks, and the sound of waves at night. You might even spot the pair of nesting bald eagles just to the south.

The cottage is located between Jacksonport and Baileys Harbor. This location allows you to enjoy the “Quietside” of Door County with easy access to such attractions as Whitefish Dunes State Park, Maxwelton Braes Golf Course and Cana Island Lighthouse. While there are many excellent shops and restaurants nearby, the Green Bay side of Door County is just minutes away.

The Beach House has a fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal grill for your use. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full mattress in the sleeping loft. You won't find the distractions of a TV, but you can view your favorite movies on a DVD player. Many of our guests find the screened-in porch overlooking the beach as the best place to curl up with a good book.

The cottage can be heated should the weather be unseasonably cold. Beach House is a housekeeping cottage. Blankets and pillows are there for your use. Linens and towels are not provided.

The cottage is lovely - it is nicely updated and very comfortable. Great location - nice view of the lake and we loved the beach access so we could take long walks along the shoreline. The owner was very good with communication and we had no issues. We plan on staying there again next year!

Everything about Beach House is perfect: the screened porch overlooking the Lake Michigan beach, the cuteness of the cottage itself, and the well-equipped kitchen. The location is peaceful yet near to everything Door County has to offer.

We loved staying here and hope to come again! The cottage is small and very cozy! I loved opening up the sliding door to the screened in porch and listening to the waves at the beach. The bed was firm and comfortable and we never felt chilly. We liked that they provided fans if needed. The beach is beautiful and I loved the swing- overall, a great place to stay for a romantic couples weekend!

Wonderful beach house
