The living space opens up to walk street outdoor living with fire-pit sitting area, bbq, dining with view. A chef's kitchen with marble countertops, Wolfe professional range, and high end appliances. Three light and bright bedrooms include ensuite Primary (Queen) which opens up to back yard hot tub. Second bedroom (full) and 3rd bedroom with twin bed. The high speed wifi and electronic, smart home amenities include 2 flatscreen tv's, Apple TV, Sonos music system with available indoor and outdoor music controllable from anywhere in the house via your iPhone. Ring security / exteriorcamera doorbell, keypad door and gate-access.There is an indoor/outdoor shower for after-beach adventures. Garage is excluded from rental. Plenty of street parking available. On-site small vehicle can park on the side of garage and one can snug closely behind garage door.

Amenities include: Beach Towels & Chairs, Cooler, bikes, and boogie & surfboards when available

Area activities are endless - Enjoy the surf, play some beach volleyball, read a book on the sand or hit strand for a jog. Only four short blocks to downtown MB restaurants and shopping, or 20 minute walk to Hermosa Beach. And nearby park for tennis and pickleball.

This home is all about the location and beach lifestyle, whether you are enjoying the sunset from the fire pit, or dinner in town. You will find you won't ever need to use your car.
Renter pays for regular weekly owner approved cleaning service.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

-Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. We ask guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors, quiet hours 10pm-8am daily.
-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in the home, per Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance Beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking.
Trash Cans: Located east side of the garage. Place recyclable items into the blue can, compost in green can. Trash pickup Tuesdays 7am.
