Welcome to our Condo! Newer Kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliance, An open concept to the dining and living room. All newer tile, newer bathroom. A fresh coat of paint. Two 55 inch smart TV's. Has a great view of the Gulf from the Balcony where you can sip your coffee in the mornings and enjoy sunsets at night. Conveniently located next to a free trolley stop. Great central location close to everything you will need. Steps from the amazing white sand beach. There is a box of sand toys on balcony for kids to enjoy.

We are a young at heart couple in our 50's. We have 3 grown kids and 11 grand-kids. We love everything outdoors and that is why we love Anna Maria Island. We would love to share our place in Paradise with you.
We like to make our guest feel right at home.

Why they chose this property

It is right in the middle of the Island and walking distance to Restaurants and shops, there is also a free trolley that goes the length of the island with a stop in front of the condo. It is only steps from the white sand beach.

What makes this property unique

Unlike similar sunset celebrations in Florida tourist meccas such as Key West, there are no rowdy crowds, wall-to-wall bars or panhandlers. Also absent on Anna Maria are high-rise condos and chain hotels. You'll have to drive off-island for a McDonald's or Starbucks fix. It gives you the small town feel.
