Quiet & Cozy New Home Close to River, Beaches, & Downtown Wilmington

New home located on a private gravel drive with covered parking & patios. Great space for short or long term stays with easy access to area beaches, Cape Fear river, downtown Wilmington, & close to I-40. Open living space with kitchen & dining area, huge master closet, & large tiled master shower with seat are a few of the perks with this home. Quiet & private area outside of Wilmington (less traffic) but still close to beaches (14 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 24 miles to Carolina Beach, 32 miles to Topsail Beach, 46 miles to Holden Beach) & river/boat ramp access (1.2 miles). Located just 1.5 miles from I-40 & within 10 miles of downtown Wilmington & Live Oak Bank Pavilion concert area. 3rd bedroom does not have a guest bed, but does have a dresser, storage, & various furniture such as a card table, chairs, and games. Sofa does have a guest bed. Home is located near a horse farm where trail rides are available & a bird sanctuary open to the public. Ring doorbell cameras are present.

We had an extended stay and loved every minute of it. The property was my home away from home, we felt very comfortable, safe and close to everything we could possibly need. Our host was delightful always available with any questions or needs. We were close to family in the area and had family and friends visit to stay a few days. You could get everywhere in the Wilmington area within 15-30 minutes. Airport, Downtown, beaches. We loved our stay.

Nice quiet home. Perfect stay while waiting for our new home to be completed. We stayed for 9 weeks and needed to contact Elizabeth several times. She never failed to respond within 5 minutes. Pharmacy and gas/ convince store just down the road. Grocery store is about 15 minutes.
