Villa Jim, (villa code: WV JIM) is a recently-renovated delightful 3-bedroom family villa overlooking the hill of St. Jean and offers a spectacular view over the bay.
The upper level of the villa presents a well-designed kitchen that seamlessly opens to the inviting living room and a terrace, where guests can revel in a stunning 180° view of the bay. What's more, this area is fully-shaded, creating a wonderfully pleasant ambiance that is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Located on the lower level, the villa boasts a lovely pool and deck area, providing a picturesque panorama of St. Jean's mesmerizing turquoise waters, along with a view of the renowned Eden Rock Hotel.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
