We had a great stay and it is the perfect location on Glenwood Avenue. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely plan on staying here again!!!!
If you like austere surroundings, this apartment will fit the bill. For us, it wasn't very comfortable because there was so little furniture, and it felt like the bare minimum had been put into the furnishings. I would suggest that if you want to cook anything while there, you bring some decent pans. I know I am an outlier on that point; I book apartments like this to save a bit by cooking. Whoever stocked this space didn't have this same value in mind.
Our stay here was amazing! So clean and spacious! Also prime location to walk to bars, and within a 5-10 min drive of amazing restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!
I only stayed a couple nights , but the property had everything I needed. A pitcher with a filter in the fridge would be amazing, but other than that, all was well.
Absolutely beautiful home in the perfect spot in Raleigh! We were downtown in about a five minute drive. Check-in was seamless and directions to off street parking behind the home was perfect! On our last night there, I entered the security code in the door incorrectly causing it to reset. The host was incredibly responsive and we waited less than 5 minutes for a resolution. We travel to Raleigh quite a bit for concerts and this will be our new "home" for weekend stays.

We looked forward to our stay in this 100 year old home. On the plus side, it was air conditioned, and had high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. On the negative side, all the windows either looked out on the gravel parking lot, with three big trash cans in view, or onto a stair and landing for the other upstairs unit. Lovely windows, but we had to keep them covered.
The property had all that was needed for our stay. The kitchen was modern and nicely decorated. It was perfect for our stay and close to local restaurants and eateries. Justin was a great host, very helpful and accommodating with some of our requests. I would stay here again .
It was a bright, light-filled historic apartment. Lovely updates and thoughtful inclusions, especially in the kitchen space. All the tools I needed to cook for the time I was there. So lovely.
We had a wonderful stay - such a wonderful historic home. Had everything you could ask for. Justin was always quick to reply to messages. Thank you so much. If we are back in the area, we hope to stay here again. Thank you so much.
