About this property

Two bedroom private guest suite, NO FEES! 2 MILES TO LU!

1000 sq ft of newly renovated space with generously stocked kitchenette, no sink in kitchen area but new full size fridge, freezer, air fryer with oven and broil. Marble walk-in shower with necessities 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. A large driveway will accommodate multiple vehicles and private entrance with deck will welcome you to the apartment. Our central location is within 5 miles of Liberty University, Lynchburg Airport and ample shopping and dining.
The space
Is private and secure with ample space and parking.
The apartment is located on one side of our home and is it's own complete space with no access to rest of the house. Two bedrooms, three beds and large comfortable couch.
Guest access
Private entrance located on left side of the house on the deck. equipped with keyless entry, large open dining and living areas, a kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, large toaster over with air fryer capability, toaster, crockpot and keurig and full pot brewer as well as a electric hot water kettle. Two bedrooms that share a bathroom with walk-in marble shower. The apartment is located on one side of our home and is its own secure and private space. We have a NO SHOE policy to help keep the apartment clean and cost down.
Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the house. Ashtray is located outside.
Other things to note
Back door is for emergencies only, smoking outside is fine and an ashtray is provided. Absolutely no smoking of anything inside and please take note of our no shoe policy.
Security cameras located at both main entrances of the property, all cameras should be considered on and recording at all times.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed that part. We did not know that we would have my mom walking through our bedroom to get to the bathroom. That was uncomfortable for my husband and all of us. The outside light comes on when it senses you but it goes off very quickly.

We enjoyed our stay! Sarah was an excellent host. The home was clean & easy to find. The coffee & creamer was a great benefit to our family. We enjoyed having the comfortable living room & large dining table for visiting and working the provided puzzles. We could have used more chilled water in the refrigerator in the kitchenette, as the tap water from the bathroom wasn't super-fun to drink.

My husband, daughter, and I came to Lynchburg for Randolph’s college day and we wanted a little more space than a hotel can offer. This place was perfect. Separate bedrooms. We came for a weekend to Lynchburg. Sarah has an in-law suite that had everything necessary for comfort. The living space was immaculate and well maintained. Sarah was also gracious enough to send something to me by UPS that I had left behind. She was responsive to any communication sent to her. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Very clean and host is very communicative and accommodating. Looking at the pictures, it appears it’s a stand alone home, but it’s a duplex with a couple of doors to the hosts home. There isn’t a kitchen, but there is a fridge. Staying with family is fantastic, staying with friends is a little uncomfortable due to having to go through the primary room to get to the second room and the bathroom.

Just what we needed at a unbeatable price

This was an excellent option for our needs: queen for my wife and I, plus 2 twins for adult and teen kids. We couldn't find that cheaper. I wish I had caught in the description there was no sink in the kitchenette, but it wasn't too much of an issue. Quiet, pretty neighborhood closer to center than I expected.
