Gulfside 503 - Tales from the Tide!
FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! There's no mistaking that you are in a beach paradise in this lovely condo. It has several beach-themed decorative accessories, including shells, dolphins, mermaids, lighthouses, birds, and seahorses. It also has various framed pictures of sealife and beach scenes. Additionally, you can listen to the sounds of the waves on the large balcony or even while inside the unit. Accommodations include a king bed in the bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa, , offering space for up to six guests total. The bedrooms are a great place to relax with newly updated bedrooms! Other features include a full-size washer and dryer in the utility closet, a full kitchen, a counter area in the hallway, and of course the wrap-around balcony.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6

Gulfside Condominiums is close to Fort Walton’s shopping and dining and a mere ten minutes from Destin, it has a rooftop pool area that provides one of the best views on Okaloosa Island. Guests can get to the beach from the boardwalk at the base of the parking area and can use a barbeque grill that is located along this boardwalk as well.

Perfect Beach Stay

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Area is nice and quiet and not overcrowded. Condo has everything you could possibly need. Chairs and umbrella definitely a plus. Would stay here again if I cane back to area.

The condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my family of 4. The proximity to the beach was amazing. This will definitely be my #1 pick next time we come. If i had to pick one thing to improve on id say the bathrooms could be updated (showers) but they worked fine with good pressure and its not really a big deal. The beds were comfortable. We had an amazing trip from TN.

Better than imagined!

Our stay at Gulfside 503 was better than we even imagined. The unit was exactly as presented but the magnificent balcony and view took it over the top. We needed a peaceful, quiet retreat and we got exactly that. Everything in the unit was awesome. We will definately be back.

Best Florida Vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location with low volume condo on both sides. Left beach access easy and no issues with crowding. Condo was immaculate with plenty of space for family and all furniture and appliances were in perfect working order. Beach chair service was perfect addition to rental and the city cleans beach daily for perfect white sand and water that is crystal clear. Close enough to Destin for entertainment off the beach but removed from crowds for full relaxation. Will definitely stay again!

Elevator was super slow and pool being on top floor meant no bathrooms at beach level. Had to go up to unit to use restroom or up to pool when sitting on the beach.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

We have been to the area many times over the years. This was one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed in. Nice furnishings, fully stocked and great deck. Twin beds were squeaky and one twin mattress slanted to one side. The floors had not been mopped well and caused feet to get dirty if not wearing shoes. Otherwise, all was great and everything else was very clean.

Housekeeping leaves a bit to be desired. End tables were dusty. There was a red stain on the coverlet on the master bed. On a positive note, maintenance was prompt, efficient & polite.
