In addition to the fun of your vacation condo, Gulf Dunes offers resort-style amenities to help you make the most of your vacation. Lounge poolside while you soak up some sun, or take a dip in the bright blue pool water. Fitness lovers will enjoy the on-site workout center and tennis courts! The condo was a good location and the lay out was nice. Bunk beds were so wobbly that a 7 year old didn’t feel safe on the top bunk. The toilet was cut off in the hall bath and the tub did not drain at all and had nasty stuff backing out of it. Apparently the rental company was aware of issues and didn’t tell us before we checked in. Ice maker was broken and had rust in the actual machine that got on the little bit of ice it did make. The bath tub in the bathroom attached to the master bed room also did not drain, so we had 7 people in 1 3 bedroom condo using 1 toilet because the other was turned off for leaking in the condo below us, and using 1 shower which took 30 mins to drain after each use for the majority of the trip. To say it was unsanitary and inconvenient is an understatement. The management company was rude and not helpful at all. They even asked me if I had a plunger and could attempt to fix it my self which is absolutely absurd, and then after multiple days of asking for either another room or refund they finally sent a plumber on day 3. By far the worse beach trip we’ve ever taken.

Nice stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, good location, easy access to the beach. However the kitchen could use some upgrades for appliances such as coffee machines and utensils. Though not necessary, it would be nice to have some basic cooking essentials.

Great location and beach is great. Wish furniture was upgraded including mattresses. All of it was uncomfortable. Would’ve liked some info on how to work tv and its 3 remote controls. Kitchen had nothing but dishes and no deep frying pan.Probably will pick a different unit to stay in next time.

The condo was nice it was clean other than baseboards , couch and fine details. We didn't have a kitchen sink or dishwasher during our stay due to construction in other areas of the complex there was sand in the line. But they notified us that it wasn't working ahead of our stay.

Friendly

Low key, friendly, amd relaxing. Fridge/icemaker was molded over, oven had burnt on food amd the sofa needs cleaned badly. We had a great time and would come back jut maybe a differnt Unit. Dan and George were great woth the chairs. We will be back!!

Great location. Beautiful views.

For the price this unit is great. There is definitely some wear and tear but nothing serious to us. One thing to note is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is not much larger than the beds. No closet and just a small dresser. Would be better for small children. The views of the ocean from the unit are terrific. We saw dolphins in the mornings.

Dirty Condo

The balcony view of the ocean was amazing. Beds were comfortable, lots of room fir our family of 5. The location was great. The condo was dirty. Hadn’t been dusted in a long time. The counter and glass coffee table had spilled substances that weren’t cleaned from prior tenants. The sliding glass door to balcony had the whole handle broke off and laying in the floor. The floor was sticky and still had sand from prior tenants. The exterminator came and sprayed stated prior tenants seem cockroaches. Nastiest place we’ve ever stayed. I can’t believe you charge all that money for cleaning fees and it was disgusting. We literally had to wipe everything down with chlorox wipes.
