This is a spacious, fully equipped, 3BR/3BA condo - a great space for a large family.

This unit has 3 bathrooms which allows for extra privacy!


In the master bedroom, the glass balcony door and the large window create a wide viewing area while lying in the king bed. And feel free to use the washer/dryer unit in the hall closet when you need to wash a load of shorts and tees.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 twin beds. This unit sleeps 6.

Little slice of paradise!

We have been staying at the island princess for 3 years now it’s forever our home away from home and the best place we have ever stayed! We stayed in room 309 very spacious and clean every year. Beautiful view and my kids always enjoy the pool especially after a day at the beach!

The condo was super clean so don’t feel like it was from anything other then the construction. Brooks and Shorey sent us to another building. We always use B&S and will continue to, just won’t book when construction is going on again.

Christmas Break Getaway

After a tough end to the school year and a very different college experience last fall, it was the perfect place to get away from all the changes and uncertainty. My husband, 19yo daughter, 16 yo son, my mother and myself thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the pool, and the beach. The condo was perfect with room for everyone to have their own space. It was clean and nicely furnished. Hope to return there soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down from Texas. We stayed 7 days in 309 island Princess. It was so wonderful. Beach front! Beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom. We had so much fun. I would highley recommend this place. Beds were so comfortable. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some more kitchen items. We cooked every night and I know some go out to eat. I don’t like getting ready after a long day on the beach. We wanted to maximize our time on the beach. So I would suggest a spaghetti pot, more frying pans, a casserole dish and new knives. Other than that it had everything else you needed. We even left some left over Tupperware for the condo. We had a lot and ate the next day with left overs for lunch. Saved so much money. The condo had a vacuum and broom to help keep sand at bay. Everything was clean and towels were supplied. I hope you enjoy your vacation as much as we did. We will be back.

Beautiful and spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a long girls weekend in this unit. It was large and provided enough space for 5 singles. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the balcony overlooking the surf. Next time we would choose a unit away from the pool as the kids were swimming and squeezing until 11:00 at night and we weren't able to get in the hot tub for all the kids in it. This is no fault of the management.We arrived at 5 minutes after the office closed and one of the staff reopened the office so we didn't have to return the next day ... thank you for that thoughtful consideration!!! We appreciated it. The unit was beautifully furnished and had adequate kitchenware. Great beach and much more quiet than Destin area. We went to Destin to eat some great seafood and shopping was good there too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our families first experience staying directly on the beach/ocean front which was great! I don’t think we will ever stay off the beach again. The condo was plenty spacious for our family. Having the beach chair service included in our stay was fantastic and so worth it! The beach service guys catch a lot of flack from customers and don’t get enough credit for their hard work keeping families happy and accommodated. My only complaint was that I did find some unswept trash under the furniture but visible, the master bedroom mirror was covered with dust and the ceiling fans are very dusty and dirty. One day the water was shut off for a couple hours for repairs by the HOA and then the next day pest control came by to do routine bug spraying. We were called ahead of time about the water but not notified about the bug spray. I later found that i was emailed regarding the bug spraying but who is reading emails on vacation? It wasn’t a huge inconvenience so I’m not complaining. Outside of that, our stay was amazing and we were very pleased!! Would definitely recommend this condo!
