This luxury 14th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations with an office on site.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings and dining on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king size bed in the primary ensuite, 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, and 1 king bed in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably. Each room has a television, closet and attached bathroom.

The fully furnished kitchen includes dinnerware, cookware, glassware and all you'll need to prepare a full meal or snacks. Small appliances include BOTH a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster and more.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.

Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed. No local rentals (less than 200 miles).

The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge.
