The condo was beautiful with a beautiful view of both the Golf and the waterway. It’s windy on the balcony, but it’s still lovely to sit out and have your coffee and such. The kitchen is well stocked and the provided pool / Beach towels was a nice plus. Also the provided beach chair and umbrella. Would definitely book again.

Room was as advertized. Very clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. We had 7 in our party and there was plenty of room without feeling crowded. You cannot go wrong with this condo.

Very nice condo with a fabulous view of the gulf. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. No problems at all.

Making the best of a Tropical Storm!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is lovely! The view to the east is a little restricted due to the condos, but the front gulf view is amazing! We had bad weather while we were there so a comfortable condo was key! Only complaint is the ring doorbell camera. It feels a bit much for a vacation rental and made us all self conscious.

Two of the bathrooms showers had to be replaced no hot water or tv in the third bedroom other than very nice and clean condo.

Thank you for your positive feedback about the cleanliness and enjoyment of the condo. Just to clarify a couple of points: Shower Heads: Only the showerheads in two bathrooms were replaced, not the entire shower units. Hot Water: Each unit has one hot water heater. It might take a minute for the hot water to reach the bathroom furthest from the heater due to the distance the water needs to travel through the pipes. However, if you have hot water in any bathroom, the water heater is working as expected. We are glad you had a pleasant stay overall.

Loved the layout of the condo, comfortably slept 8 guests. Great spot for beach access and close to restaurants and the pier. We have stayed in Beach Colony condos before in different units. This one was clean enough, but I did notice some things that needed taken care of, i.e., dusty bathroom vents, dirt build up by the walls with light switches etc. The construction on the balcony wasn’t ideal but we understand these things have to be taken care of. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room anyway because the weather was perfect! Overall we had a great week and would recommend this spot for a large family or group wanting a quiet relaxing beach vaxation!

I believe this was our 3rd time staying at a Beach Colony condo. Love the location, the pool area is large and comfortable. The beach is gorgeous! The condo was clean but some little things need to be done such as; new bath mats in the shower. I know mold grows easily and they should be disinfected and soaked or replace more often. The kitchen had minimal supplies and gadgets. I had to buy a few things for the kitchen. The can opener was a bear to work and I had to replace it. This condo can hold 8 people and it only had 8 plates, bowls etc. the dishwasher had to be run daily. Two drink glasses had chips in them and 2 coffee cup (of 8) had broken down the side and looked like it was glued together. Nit picky, maybe but I expected more from a place like this. I do cook on our winter getaway. We have rented a few Condos and I feel the kitchen could have been stocked better. Overall it was a good place to stay. Views fantastic, facilities good. We had trouble with 1 of the bathroom showers and they quickly came in to fix it. The "call'" desk was on top of it. The condo needs updates but we were comfortable. Would I rent it again? Yes, just for the view!

We are glad that the guest enjoyed the stay and would rent again. We have rented to this guest several times in the past. This was a 28 night reservation. We are disappointed that we did not get the opportunity to address the concerns, except for the shower faucet handle. Future guests, please note, on long term reservaitons, we do not have access to clean the unit weekly.
